Meet Brandon

When I was 19 I bought my first Harley Davidson Motorcycle, a 1960 Panhead basket case. After a couple of months of work and the help of a close friend I was on the road.

Soon after I went to my first flat track race, I was hooked! After watching my second race I decided it looked easy and I should definitely try it. After about 10 practice laps my back wheel slid out and I broke my elbow. This did not discourage me, June of 2001 I entered my first race. A few years later and after over 50 races I had the opportunity to race my friend's WR, I loved it. It was a totally different beast than the vintage Yamaha I was used to.

Then marriage and twin boys came along. After a nine year racing hiatus I had the opportunity to ride the same WR and the race bug bit me again.

I started doing some research and in about 2 minutes realized that WR parts were not in the budget. Original WL parts work but can be expensive and hard to find. Aftermarket parts can be hit or miss on quality to say the least. After some more research I found a company that fit the bill, Samwel Supplies. I started Hilltop Twins from a need to find quality aftermarket parts while building my Harley 45 flat tracker.
